We have carefully crafted the Villa Mandhari #Stay with Confidence program, featuring 5 new protocols designed to bring you the peace of mind you deserve, while enriching your stay with new memorable experiences and extra convenience and value. The warm, caring and gracious hospitality you have come to know and trust remains at the heart of everything we do.

Below is the 5- step protocol that we have adopted as part of our #Stay with Confidence initiative:

Flexible Stays

All the hotel guests and their visitors will be screened for temperature when entering/leaving the hotel according to MOH guidelines. All the hotel guests and their visitors will be required to sanitize their hands when entering/leaving the hotel and before entering the restaurant. We will offer an advance check-in/out process prior to arrival/departure to avoid a queuing experience and allow for social distancing.

Staff /Associates

Staff will undergo a daily health screening, including temperature checks; frequent sanitization of all associate common areas. All the hotel employees will be required to sanitize their hands more frequently throughout the day and when entering/leaving the hotel. We have undertaken re-training for all staff on proper hygiene and best practices and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Sanitization & Cleanliness

Guest Villas: High contact surfaces and floors shall be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with increased cleaning of air conditioners. Disinfection of counters, door knobs, remotes, furniture, staircases & all high frequency areas.

Public Areas: Increased frequency of sanitization with hygienic hand sanitizers being placed in all public and back office areas like reception, public restrooms, kitchen, and staff lockers.

Massage & Gym: We have undertaken a thorough disinfecting of equipment in our fitness center and will follow up this up with a stringent cleaning and disinfecting each time the equipment is used.

Pool Furniture: Pool furniture will be arranged to allow for adequate social distancing.

Dedicated Personal Chef: Arrangements can be made in advance to have a Private Chef at a fee dedicated just for you & your family to cater for you in your fully furnished Kitchen.

Should you opt to use our restaurant, we will have attendant-only served buffets or plated meals served by our staff wearing masks. Seating capacity will be reduced and spread out across the restaurant and patio areas. Restaurant hours will be adjusted to allow all guests to sit and dine at their leisure with appropriate distancing from other guests. Room service orders will be delivered and placed outside the room in accordance with social distance guideline.

Technology

Mobile payment options and other contactless services offer extra convenience and add to the high levels of personalized service you have come to expect and deserve from Villa Mandhari. Cash Payment will be strictly discouraged.
